We collect precise location data (GPS) from users (drivers) during active delivery trips.

• Real-time location coordinates
• Movement and route data during trips

Location data is collected:

• When the app is in use (foreground)
• When the app is minimized or running in the background
• Only after the user explicitly starts a delivery trip

We do not collect location data when a trip is not active.

b. Device Information

• Device type
• Operating system version

We do not collect app interaction data or user behavior analytics.

2. How We Use the Information

• Track delivery trips in real-time
• Monitor vehicle movement
• Verify delivery routes
• Provide proof of delivery
• Ensure proper functioning of the app

3. Foreground Service & Notifications

The app displays a persistent notification when location tracking is active.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only as necessary for operations and legal purposes.

6. User Control

• Tracking starts only when trip starts
• Stops when trip ends
• Permissions can be disabled anytime

7. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect data.

Not intended for users under 13.
